 The following is a list of all NBW shows through the year. The matches for each show will be announced at (or near) the time of the event:- _______________________________________________________________ FRIDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER 2010 AT 7PM CRESWELL SOCIAL CENTER Elmton Road, Creswell, S80 4BH NBW - LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE *** ENTRY IS FREE *** On Friday 24th September 2010 NBW returns, for the final time this year, to it's home at the Creswell Social Centre. NBW has been promoting shows in Creswell since 2003 and on this night, as a special thank you to the faithful, entry is free to this show. The doors open at 7pm and the show will be headlined by a mega main event:- 30 MAN ROYAL RUMBLE - THE WINNER RECEIVES A TITLE SHOT Entry will be every minute, and the last person standing after everyone else has been thrown to the floor via the top rope will be declared the winner and receive a title shot of their choice.  _______________________________________________________________ SATURDAY 2ND OCTOBER 2010 AT 7PM NBW SOUTHSIDE - RETRIBUTION OVER COMMUNITY CENTRE THE DOLES, OVER CAMBRIDGE CB24 5NW MAIN EVENT NBW WORLD TITLE MATCH - JOEY HAYES © v VAL KABIOUS Val Kabious is furious that he was stripped of the NBW world title at the Elite 8 as he was unable to compete , Joey Hayes won the Elite 8 that night as well as the vacated title. Val has promised not only to win back the belt but destroy Hayes for what he has described as libertys taken. Val Kabious is the UK's fastest rising star and Joey Hayes has pretty much wrestled regulary for every major company in the uk as well as being called up for the Dragon Gate tour in September. DEVASTATION v RETRO POP After NBW Back by demand , when Devastation gave a horrible beat down to Matt Slater and Rainz , we took swift action and booked Retro Pop to take them down a peg or 2 , Retro Pop consist of NBW regular Sam Bailey and a newcomer to NBW - Dave Rayne , together they have tagged across the country including regulary turning out for FWA , this match will be a huge contrast of styles , the size and power of Devastation ( Hexx and Ollertank ) against the high flying Retro Pop. NBW ACADEMY NO 1 CONTENDER SERIES Chris Holmes has not defended his Academy title for a long time , he feels that no one in the NBW Academy is worthy of a shot , we disagree. To show him just how worthy they are we have selected 4 individuals who will wrestle in 2 semi finals , the winners will meet up later in the night to decide the number 1 contender. I myself have been watching these young men wrestle for a while now and can't wait to show the south of England just how good they are. ROBBIE X - JIMMY LUNCHBOX - KIERAN CARTE - MATT SLATER Chris Holmes will be in Cambridge to overlook these matches , he has been warned that any medling in the matches will be severley dealt with by NBW - SOUTHSIDE management , however we feel he has not listened to our warnings. MORE SURPRISES SET IN MOTION AS WELL TICKETS ARE £8 AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE OR YOU CAN PAY ON THE DAY Tickets will go on sale on the 1st September 2010 , UKFF members will get 2 special offers, either buy full price tickets and get reserved front row (limited to 16 as we have already sold the rest locally) or 25% of ticket price, that's right a great nights entertainment for only 6 earth pounds. The venue has 2 bars plus a free car park. _______________________________________________________________ NBW UNIFICATION - BLACK MARKET, WARSOP 22/10/10. ENTRY £5, TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE OR PAY ON THE DOOR. When GNP, TWA and NBW merged all under the same banner, it was decided that the titles would remain, as each championship holder had worked hard to obtain the belt. With NBW now going strong and starting to pick up fresh interest in new places, it has been decided that the two main titles will be unified. The NBW Heavyweight Title, now held by Kris Travis, and the NBW World title, currently held by Joey Hayes, will merge to become the NBW CHAMPIONSHIP. This title will be awarded to the winner of the main event at UNIFICATION held at The Black Market Venue, Warsop in a bout between the NBW World Champion and the NBW Heavyweight Champion. The winner will become the king of the NBW roster on Friday 22nd October 2010.  CHRIS HOLMES vs MVK At a previous show held at the Black Market by 1PW, home town boy Chris Holmes defeated MVK by DQ when outside help came to the assistance of Val Kabious. However, for some reason unknown to anyone, all record books and copies of this event state that MVK defeated Chris Holmes. This has infuriated Stag Town's Favorite Son, and on this night he has demanded a rematch with MVK to set all records straight.[/font] Friday 22nd October 2010 @ 7pm Black Market Venue 43 High Street Warsop Nottinghamshire NG20 0AB Further matches and prices to be announced soon. - _______________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________ |
