 El Ligero wrestles for EVERY major promotion in the UK, but his roots belong with NBW in the Derbyshire & South Yorkshire area nearly 10 years ago. Since that time El Ligero has become the biggest wrestling attraction in England with his high flying skills and colourful character matches. The masked Mexican warrior has engaged in major battles with every single top name British and international superstar, he is generally the highlight of any show. El Ligero is a former NBW Openweight Champion, winning the belt from Ross Jordan in early 2008. He also reclaimed the belt when he beat Val Kabious in a tournament final in 2010, following his return from a nasty shoulder injury. El Ligero has also captured the NBW World Tag Team Title on two occasions with his his best friend Cameron Kraze.
